1.3 We reserve the right to decline work that includes unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content, or where a conflict of interest exists.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 You must ensure that all materials submitted are your original work or that you have the legal right to submit them for review.
2.2 You are responsible for providing all necessary information, documents, or context for the successful delivery of the service.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Prices are clearly listed on the website or provided through a personalised quotation.
3.2 Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. For payment details, please refer to the agreed upon payment plans listed on the website, or contact us for a personalised quotation.
3.3 Services are exempt from VAT unless otherwise indicated.
3.4 Once the service has begun or been delivered, you waive the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (see Section 6).
4. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
4.1 You retain all rights and intellectual property in the materials you submit.
4.2 We make no claim of ownership over your work and do not reproduce, share, or use it without your explicit permission.
4.3 All client materials are treated as confidential. We will not disclose your materials to any third party without your prior written consent.
4.4 We are happy to sign a standard NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) upon request.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 We provide all services with professional care and attention but do not guarantee financial, publishing, or production success.
5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the services.
5.3 Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
6.1 As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the contract being concluded.
6.2 However, by submitting your script and requesting immediate performance of the service, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
6.3 If you cancel after work has started but before completion, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the fee proportional to the work completed.
7. Data Protection and Privacy (GDPR)
7.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7.2 Data is collected only for the purpose of providing services, communicating with you, and maintaining our records.
